  • Searchable, sortable list of all visitors with pagination (50 per page)
  • Columns: Visitor ID, Location, Score, Sessions, Pageviews, Time, Last Seen
  • "Hot" badge for high-scoring visitors
  • "Identified" badge when visitor has been linked to an email/name
  • Filter by time range (24h, 7d, 30d, all)
  • Click to expand or view full profile

🔍 Visitor Profile Page

Deep dive into any individual visitor:

Identity

Email, name, phone, company (if identified), Gravatar avatar

Location

Country, city, coordinates

Device & Intelligence

Type, browser, OS, plus Device Intelligence card showing ISP, platform, connection type, timezone, and languages. VPN badge shown when detected.

Buyer Journey (Ghostline)

Milestone-based timeline that tells the buyer's story from first visit to revenue. Instead of a raw event feed, you see meaningful moments:

  • Discovery — How they found you (Google Ads, Organic, Direct, Referral)
  • Browsing — Pages they viewed, grouped into collapsible clusters
  • Engagement — Meaningful clicks (inventory, pricing, services)
  • Intent — High-value page visits, form interactions, financing views
  • Conversion — Phone calls, form submissions, bookings, Ghost Talk calls
  • Identification — When anonymous becomes known (email captured)
  • Revenue — Purchase amount attributed to this visitor

Toggle between Key Moments (default — just the highlights) and All Activity (full detail with browsing and engagement). Click any browsing cluster to expand individual pages.

Sessions

Chronological session history with entry/exit pages, duration, and pageview count

Attribution

First-touch and last-touch channel, source, campaign, UTM parameters

Revenue

Total revenue attributed to this visitor

  • Attribution breakdown by channel: Direct, Organic, Social, Paid, Referral, Email
  • Campaign-level detail with visitor/session counts
